Phil Alston is an employee of the Broadcasting Authority in the storyline of the alternate reality game Find 815. Alston replies to Sam Thomas's e-mail about an Amelia Earhart radio transmission he picked up on the Christiane I. Phil tells him they have no record of such a broadcast in that area for the past several months and that it most likely was a historical recording broadcast by amateur radio enthusiasts.
