Stephanie Conching was credited in the press release as playing a nurse in "The Lie". However, she is not credited in the actual episode. There is a nurse in the background when Jack went to the hospital, but non-speaking, non-interacting rolls usually aren't credited. She might however have had lines (or supposed lines) at an early stage of the production.
