Dad-of-two Tony Brannon, 54, had only won a tenner since the National Lottery began in 1994 with his numbers based on family birthdays.

HERE IS SOMETHING eerie about ABC's smash hit "Lost."
It has nothing to do with the black cloud that traverses the island at breakneck speeds, conjuring visions of monsters, polar bears and horses for the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815.
What is eerie is the way "Lost" has become a cultural phenomenon-in-the-making like few shows before it.

Lost: Lindeloff puts Ana Lucia rumors to rest
Lost producers are denying rumors in US Weekly that Michelle Rodriguez, who plays the unlikable Ana Lucia on Lost, is being booted off the show for her bad behavior. Michelle's poor decisions about drinking and driving made headlines several times during the fall, but Lost producers say that's no reason to vote the girl off the island.

LOST TV Actress Pleads Guilty to DUI Charges
LOST TV actress Cynthia Watros pleaded guilty to drunken driving.
Cynthia Watros, who plays Libby on ABC's hit series "Lost," pleaded guilty to drunken driving Thursday. She was fined $370 and had her driver's license suspended for 90 days.
District Judge James Dannenberg also ordered Watros, 37, to undergo an alcohol assessment and to submit to 14 hours of counseling.
Emmy Award winner Michael Emerson, who portrayed Oscar Wilde in Off-Broadway's Gross Indecency, has landed a recurring role on the hit ABC-TV series "Lost."
