Lewis was a patient at the Santa Rosa Mental Health Institute when Hurley returned there after getting off the Island. During Hurley's stay, he played Connect Four with Hurley, much like Leonard did previously. While outside, Lewis pointed out to Hurley that someone was staring. When Hurley looked where he was pointing, Charlie was standing there. ("The Beginning of the End")
