Larry Fong was one of Lost's cinematographers. Fong worked on nine episodes of season one which spanned from "Pilot, Part 1" to "Special". However, Fong left Lost after "Special", though he still considers Lost a shaping experience on his cinematography career. In 2008, Fong became director of photography on the 2009 film adaptation of Watchmen, working closely with director Zack Snyder. In an interview, Fong stated that Lost had made an impact on his style as a cinematographer, though he was being forced to change his style to fit in with the style of Watchmen.
