Theories

Ken Fisher is a man in Sydney who was supposed to have a meeting with Locke while Locke was in town for a conference. Locke, however, skipped the conference (to try to go on a walkabout) and cancelled the meeting. Ken then called Randy Nations, Locke's boss at the box company, to let him know that Locke had canceled. ("The Substitute")
