  • The Island is the place Isaac was referring to when he told Rose that she needed a "different type of place" to heal her.
    • He mentioned certain healing powers being magnetic, like those in the Swan.
  • Has used psychic powers to see that something disturbing was going to happen in Rose's future.
  • Is the father of Jacob. The show includes main Biblical references including a one specifically to Jacob, via Room 23 and the message "God loves you as He loved Jacob". In the Bible, Issac is the father of Jacob and Esau. It will be revealed that Jacob's nemesis is also Jacob's brother and his name will be Esau.
  • Isaac of Uluru is originally from the Island, leaving it for Australia at the time of the purge. His knowledge of the island gives him insights that others don't have.
  • Uluru is a place with healing properties similar to the Island. Isaac can apparently use these properties to heal people - much like Jacob appears to be able to heal people of various medical problems.
  • He shows a very small degree of supernatural power when telling Rose that she needed somewhere else to go. Select candidates also exhibit powers, it is possible he may have been one at some point.
