  • In the letter he refers to his parliament, and Choi is a common Korean name. The letter also refers to Paik Motors being a source of national pride (Paik being an exclusively Korean name as well). The country is most likely South Korea, where Mr. Paik, Sun's father, is from.
  • Odds are that Minister Choi has been "relieved" of his duties or perhaps "disappeared" since he wrote this letter, although there is no evidence given of this.
