Main appearance
The survivors eat the boar that Sawyer helped catch. Hurley distributes sandwiches with the boar meat. Sawyer carries Aaron and tries to make eye contact with Sun and Jin.
Meanwhile, Kate and Juliet return to the Barracks.

Influences
The piece's first movement is a cheerful variation on Sawyer's theme, which later blends with a variation on Kate and Sawyer's theme. The second is a variation of the Others' motif.
Title significance
The title alludes to Sawyer's heart, and how Hurley's con helped thaw it.
