Yaitanes has directed episodes of television series including House M.D., Heroes, Grey's Anatomy, Prison Break, Bones, and CSI: Miami. He is also known for directing the miniseries Children of Dune. In 2008, Yaitanes won a Primetime Emmy award for "Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series" for House M.D.
