The "golden pass" was an Oceanic Airlines promotional offer. Buyers of a golden pass were entitled to unlimited travel with the airline. The airline gave members of the Oceanic Six golden passes as part of the Oceanic Flight 815 crash settlement. ("Through the Looking Glass, Part 2")

After leaving the Island, Jack used his golden pass to fly to different locations around the world--including Tokyo, Singapore, and Sydney-- every Friday, hoping that his flight would crash in an attempt to return to the Island. ("Through the Looking Glass, Part 2")

Golden Pass featured in an Oceanic Airlines TV Ad

On January 31, 2008, ABC issued a press release in which Oceanic Airlines announced a chance to get a golden pass, allowing someone to fly anywhere in the world, anytime they want, and as many times as they want. More information was provided during the premiere of Eli Stone on ABC Thursday, January 31 (10:02-11:00 p.m., ET). During that show, following the U.S. airing of "The Beginning of the End", an Oceanic Airlines TV Ad aired that showed the Oceanic Airlines' golden pass.
