For a while after the crash of Oceanic Flight 815, Hurley would occasionally listen to music on his CD player, and the song he was listening to would also supply the soundtrack to a montage sequence of the crash survivors. While he was listening to the song Delicate by Damien Rice in the episode "...In Translation", the battery finally died, and Hurley wasn't able to listen to his CD player since.
Hurley's CD player name is the Panasonic SL-SX430 Portable CD/MP3 Player.
