This is an image from Raymond O. Faulkner's A Concise Dictionary of Middle Egyptian published in 1976 by the Griffith Insitute, page 218.
The word is causative, so a likely translation might be "to kill." Faulkner cites A. H. Gardiner's commentary on Admonitions of an Egyptian Sage (abbreviated GAS in this entry). Specifically, these particular symbols apparently come from column 16, line one of that work.
