Alan Seabock played the sub captain in "The Candidate" and the sub captain's body in "The End".
According to the actor's Hawaii Actor Network page, he also played an Iowa state trooper seen sitting in a hospital and reading a newspaper in "Born to Run".

- Submarine scenes prior to the explosion were shot on the USS Bowfin. It is anchored in Pearl Harbor. Open to the public as a World War II museum, filming was done inside during after the attraction's open hours.
