"Excelsior Lady" by The Donkeys is a song, reworked by the original band as Dharma Lady so it could be attributed to the Lost universe band Geronimo Jackson. The new version was first heard on the DHARMA van stereo as Jin drives up to the lagoon and discovers Jack, Kate and Hurley. ("316") "Excelsior" is a reference to the Excelsior District of San Francisco.

The Donkeys are a San Diego based band who released their first album in 2006. Reviewers have characterized their music as blues, country, and psychedelic and indie rock, and noted a similarity to The Grateful Dead. One criticstated The Donkeys "sound more like historical re-enactors than an actual 2008 band".
