"Dead Man Talking" is an orchestral piece from the Season 6 soundtrack.
Scene description
Having disarmed Richard, Jacob talks to him and learns that the Man in Black impersonated his wife. Richard believes he is dead and in hell. To convince him otherwise, Jacob drags him to the sea and dunks him till he admits that he wants to live.

The piece uses the Man in Black's theme.
Title significance
The title plays on the phrase "dead man walking". In the scene, Richard, who claims to be dead, talks to Jacob.
