Dagne's name could be a reference to Dagny Taggart, the heroine of Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged.
She works for Dharma.
Being Walt's nanny she would have had to spend a lot of time with him and she doesn't seem scared of Walt like Brian is.
She poisoned Susan so Walt could be on the plane.
- A nanny could easily slip something into a drink or food.
- She seemed oddly calm when Michael came to get Walt.
- Brian possibly asked her to arrange the flights for Michael.
