Uncategorized images[]
I notice there are a large number of images that aren't in all the categories that apply to them; is this for a reason, or have editors just not gotten around to categorizing them all yet? If the latter, is there any reason I'm not aware of for me not to begin work on adding image categories to them? Just double-checking before I leap into another major section of the site. -Silence 18:02, 23 July 2007 (PDT)
- This isn't really a major task and not really important to the visitor side of the wiki. It is important to the editors but it takes a backseat if there are more pressing jobs that need being done in order for the main article spaces or other things to get better. When we have time we try and work on this among other small projects but it is fairly recent meaning we still have a lot of old images that are not categorized. - Sure, I'd like to give it a try. It may be a minor issue, but getting it out of the way before s4 will have the advantage of meaning it'll be easier to isolate any future uncategorized images that get added. I just wanted to make sure there wouldn't be objections to my giving it a shot. -Silence 18:22, 23 July 2007 (PDT)
