There are no bloopers!
All of these "bloopers" or "continuity errors" are simply the results of alternate realities bleeding into each other. Each reality represents the imaginary space of one person. You can verify this by examining which person is looking at the situation in question.
- Like for example in the "Pilot", where the pilot himself is referred to as "pilot" or "captain". Also his words over the plane's speakers differ slightly, because they are different in each imaginary space/reality.
- Another example would be eyes changing colour, Locke's scar appearing on the wrong side of his face, Jacob's cabin switching places and so on.
- The "smoke monster" could access different realities. You could see this for the first time during its encounter with Mr. Eko, as images from alternate realities and timelines were clearly visible inside the smoke.
