The two Bedouins' horses were ridden by two Bedouins who came upon Ben in the Tunisian Sahara. Following an altercation involving gunfire, one of the horses ran off, and the other was mounted by Ben and ridden to Tozeur, Tunisia. ("The Shape of Things to Come")
