Leslie Arzt met this woman on the internet, for which he used a picture of one of his buddies instead of his own. They arranged to meet in Sydney and went out to a restaurant to have lobster.
However, just after Arzt had ordered, she left the table and never returned. This prompted Arzt to book an early flight back to Los Angeles, which was Oceanic Flight 815. ("Tropical Depression")
