Arturo is a character in "Meet Kevin Johnson". He is seen with Tom in his penthouse hotel suite in New York when Michael goes there to find Tom, in Michael's flashback to the time during season 3. Tom asks Arturo to give them some privacy, and after kissing Tom tenderly on the cheek, Arturo leaves the room.
Trivia
- To date, he and Tom are the only known gay characters to appear on the show. Hurley's sister-in-law Lisa Reyes was presumably bisexual.
- Arturo is the fourth character of presumably Italian origin to appear on Lost, after Angelo Busoni, Gabriela Busoni and Peter Avellino.
