Once she's gone, Richard puts on her cross and thanks Hurley. Hurley then delivers one last message -- they must keep the Man in Black on the island, else todos nos vamos al infierno. From far away, the Man in Black watches.
In a flashback, the Man in Black and Jacob discuss their differences. Jacob leaves his brother with a bottle of wine. The Man in Black smashes it against a rock.
