The manifest contains the names of all the passengers who were on board Ajira Airways Flight 316. After flight 316 crash-landed on Hydra Island, The Man in Black asked Ilana if there had been a manifest on board, and she informed him that the pilot and "a woman" had taken it when they left in the night.
