Theories

Agent Freedman was an agent of the United States Department of the Treasury tasked with recovering $10,000,000 dollars stolen by the criminal, Munson. With the assistance of Warden Harris and an inmate by the name of Sawyer Ford at the same prison housing Munson, Freedman was able to gather the necessary information. In appreciation of Ford's cooperation and involvement in convicting Munson, Freedman agreed to use the reward commission to open an account in an Albuquerque, New Mexico bank under the name of Clementine Phillips, Ford's daughter. ("Every Man for Himself")
