Season 1
- The doubling cube shows number 4 while Locke explains backgammon to Walt. (This changes to a 16 in the same scene.) ("Pilot, Part 2")

Season four of the TV show Exposé
- 4 chimes are heard while Desmond is inspecting the ring. ("Flashes Before Your Eyes")
- Nikki had a role in the 4th Season of Exposé. ("Exposé")
